All participants including conference chairs, invited speakers, contributed speakers and poster presenters must pay registration fees according to the following schedule:

*Accompanying person registration is qualified for everything except giving a presentation.
Accompanying persons under age 18 don't need pay the registration fee and are free to attend all the scientific social activities including welcome reception, buffet, get-together dinner, scientific excursion etc.
The registration fees are refundable at a ten percent (10%) processing charge if the notice of cancellation is received on or before 15 November 2018 (London UK time), or at a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if the notice of cancellation is received on or before 01 November 30 2018 (London UK time). Registration fees CANNOT be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received after 01 December 2018 (London UK time).
